O ceania is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Australia, New Zealand, and Samoa are glittering jewels of the South Pacific. But, with so many great options for travel and tours, how can you choose where to go? Well, we’ve compiled a list of some of the best destinations for you.

Bells Beach, Australia

Bells Beach is a small town located about 100 km south-west of Melbourne. In fact, it's a tiny town with only 130 full-time residents as of 2016. But it has a secret. It has some of the best surfing in the world. In fact, the World Surf League hosts the Rip Curl and Rip Curl Pro competitions there every year. The Rip Curl Pro is the longest continually running surfing competition in the world. It’s proximity to Melbourne makes Bells Beach a great place to go and take a day tour of, and maybe catch some waves.

Port Douglas, Australia

Port Douglas is located on the Great Barrier Reef in the north of the country. The reef features some of the most fantastic biodiversity on the planet. Cruises are leaving the port daily to explore it. Nearby you’ll also find on-land nature preserves if you need a break from the water.

New Zealand

New Zealand might not be as well known as its larger neighbour, but it is just as lovely of a tourist destination. You can find anything you’d want on the North and South Island. Perhaps one of the most exciting features of the country is the many many films that have been shot there. The most famous of course being the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Hobbiton on the North Island is still set up and accepting tours to this day. If natural beauty is more your thing, you can check out Mount Cook Park on the South Island. There you’ll find New Zealand’s highest peak, as well as many natural wonders.

Samoa

Samoa is one of the best places to travel in Oceania if you’re looking to experience the local culture and art. The Island’s relative isolation from neighbouring islands, like Australia and New Zealand, means that a unique cultural tradition developed and flourished. There are plenty of tours that will allow you to take in the cultural and natural wonders of the place.
