A n online MBA study programme is designed for people with busy lives and are unable to attend university. The programmes allow individuals with degrees to progress onto gaining a master in their chosen field. There are many universities that offer online courses as well as the Open University.

How long will it take?

The duration of each course depends on the subject studied and the pace the student works at. A masters degree can take as little as 9 months or up to 4 years to complete. It depends on how many hours students are able to dedicate to their course.

What time will I need to commit?

Students are usually advised to dedicate 20 hours a week to studying and completing assignments. Exams are usually taken at a pre-approved location and there may be group assignments. The assignments do require a lot of dedication and communication with team members you’ll have never met, so it’s important to set aside time and create a study schedule. By having planned time to study and complete assignments you’re more likely to succeed in achieving a masters.
