A re you ready for the Samsung Galaxy S10? The smartphone is getting attention from tech lovers, but what is the company offering? Here's everything you need to know about Samsung's latest release.

When Is The Unveil?

On the 20th February, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S10 Smartphone in San Francisco and London, two of the biggest cities in the world. It's expected that the phones will be available to pre-order right after, before they go on sale on the 8th of March.

What Can We Expect?

It seems Samsung is keeping things simple, and is choosing to focus on improving their existing features. One example of this is the screen brightness which is currently 700 nits. Reports suggest the company have increased this to 800 nits, which is very impressive. The Galaxy S10 will also have improvements on cameras and 4K capture capabilities. Finally, rumors claim it will pack a 6.7in Super AMOLED screen, six cameras, 1TB of internal storage and a mammoth 5,000mAh battery.

Which Phones are Available?

Samsung doesn't like to do things "small" and they're definitely going big with their new smartphone! They'll be offering three different models, including The S10, S10+, and S10e. While we cannot guarantee these specs are correct, leaked information suggests the phones will offer the following:
  • 12 MP rear camera, and a possible 16MP for one of the models.
  • 10 MP selfie camera with dual focus and a range of special features. You'll be able to emoji animate yourself and the company is claiming to have the worlds first 4K selfie camera.
  • Infinity O display.
  • A mammoth 5,000mAh battery
  • Measurements ranging from 5'5 to 6.3 inches, depending on models.
  • An ultrasonic fingerprint on two models, side fingerprint on one.
  • Wireless Charging.
It's not clear which phones offer each feature, but we suspect the Samsung Galaxy S10+ will have the superior camera and longer battery life. According to Gizmodo, the 'budget' Galaxy S10 will offer 128GB storage and retail for £699, the regular S10 will offer 128GB or 512GB storage for £799 and £999, and the S10 Plus will offer 128GB, 512GB and 1TB variants priced at £899, £1,099 and £1,399.
