hen you choose an estate agent to sell your property there are a list of things you are to focus on. You should focus on that agents’ experience and reputation, what the agents’ actually data sales are. It doesn’t matter if the agent listed and sold 50 estates last year or if they listed and sold 5 estates.

What is more important to look at is the ratio. If an agent listed 5 estates but they sold all 5 then that’s pretty good but if an agent lists 20 estates and only sold 5 of them then that’s a problem. So it is really important to focus on what their experience is, their reputation or maybe some client’s testimonials.
Also most importantly what that agent is going to do to market your property. Marketing property is more than just what you going exactly to do but it’s that agents knowledge of what to do to the property, the recommendations for the property.

The agent should also have knowledge of different things to do for marketing they should also be able to present you with a marketing plan that is very comprehensive and covers everything from the traditional of real estates to the new school of real estate’s marketing tactics.
If you focus on the above and choose your agent based on the above. The agent will be able price your estates correctly. When you choose an estate agent is really important to remember that when hiring an agent do not get caught up on price.
