Golden Globe nominations. It's not out in the UK yet and film fans will have to wait until January to see the political comedy.

There were five actresses nominated for the Best Actress in a
Drama Golden Globe, but let's focus on the ones that critics think stand a chance.
Lady Gaga made her film debut in "A Star is Born" and it seems like she might take home the coveted award. However,
Melissa McCarthy also made her dramatic debut in her movie "Can You Ever Forgive Me?". The other actresses include
Nicole Kidman and
Glenn Close, but the general view is the award will go to
Lady Gaga.
Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy
Elsie Fisher is one of the youngest actresses to be nominated, at just 15 years old.
Olivia Colman from "The Favourite" is tipped to win, but
Charlize Theron and
Emily Blunt also gave excellent performances.
It's a tight category, but it seems
Constance Wu from Crazy Rich Asians doesn't have much chance of winning a Golden Globe in 2019.

There's no doubt that
Bradley Cooper has a lot of support from the public, and many would like to see him take home the
Best Director Golden Globe. However, the clear favourite is
Alfonso Cuaron for his Roma movie. It's had positive reviews since its release and many expect he'll win on the night.
