- 4 bell peppers
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 steaks (round in shape preferably)
- Some whole white mushrooms
- Butter (according to taste)
- Salt and chilly flakes (according to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Slice or cube the vegetables and keep them aside.
Add oil in a wok and sauté the meat in it until properly cooked. The pinkish tinge of the meat should be completely gone. Now add in the onions and sauté for a few more minutes until the onions become translucent.
In another pan, add the butter and fry the vegetables. Remember not to fry them for a long time as they lose the nutritional value along with the crunchiness. Once done, add the veggies to the meat and sprinkle some salt and chilly flakes.
Serve while hot.
