Day 1 and 5:
Start your day with a rich breakfast which includes 3/4 cup of bran flakes a banana and a cup of fat-free milk. For lunch, have a delicious sandwich with turkey breast, lettuce and a spoon of light mayonnaise and two kiwis. Then, at night, have a cup of couscous, two sliced plum tomatoes and a cup of fat-free pudding.
Day 2 and 6:
Make yourself a smoothie with fat-free milk, a cup of berries and half a banana for breakfast. For lunch, have a vegetarian soup, a veggie burger and fifteen grapes. Then for dinner cook yourself four ounces of chicken breast and half a cup of vegetarian baked beans.
Day 3 and 7:
For breakfast, have oatmeal with 3/4 cup of fat-free milk, half an apple and a teaspoon of honey. For lunch, have a fresh and delicious chicken salad with four ounces of roast chicken breast without skin, add a tablespoon of light mayonnaise and, of course, as much lettuce as you want. Also, have a banana for dessert. Then, for dinner, have four ounces of steamed shrimps, a baked potato with some fat-free sour cream, three cups of steamed spinach and low-fat Greek yogurt.
Start your day with half a toasted English muffin with half an apple on top and, if you please, add some reduced-fat cheese on top. Also, you can have about six ounces of light yogurt with a tablespoon of almonds. For lunch, get yourself ready a cup of tomato soup, a sandwich with thin slices of roasted beef, slices of tomato and some leaves of lettuce and, also, a cup of vegetables and a pear for dessert. And, for dinner, enjoy three ounces of salmon, 3/4 of a cup of brown rice and a few slices of fresh pineapple.
