Having one with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and pieces of chicken breast will give you the chance to eat a healthy meal that will satisfy you and help you lose weight. Avoid having fat and fried foods and try to have fish rather than processed meats. Also, make sure you eat lots of vegetables and fruits to lose weight and feel great.
But another way to lose weight and look your best is by practicing sport. If you are not used to it, you will have to take it slowly, but you will soon realize you become fitter and more resistant to work outs.
Doing some cardio for at least one hour three times a week is ideal. You can either walk at fast pace, run or get on a bike and go for a ride. Aerobics or spinning lessons will also do the trick. And to make sure you tone up, lift some weights, do sets of crunches every day and, why not, some push ups to make sure your arms look lean and fit.
